While the 8.9-inch will include an HD display with 1920 X 1200 pixel screen resolution. No other features have identified now. The anticipated price of the new tablet will be around $249 for 7-inch and $299 for the 8.9-inch version. It is logical that the kindle fire 2 value will be moved up caused by the boost in features.


US bookseller Barnes & Noble is about to bring its Nook e-readers to the UK. Barnes & Noble's Nook Simple Touch and Nook Simple Touch with GlowLight will land on these shores in mid-October, the company said on Monday. Its online book shop will also open its doors to British readers, providing 2.5 million titles, at nook.co.uk. Barnes & Noble has struck deals with UK retailers to stock the devices, both in bricks-and-mortar stores as well as online. The retailers, and pricing for the devices, are yet to be reported. The US version of the Nook Simple Touch has a 6-inch e-ink screen, 2GB of Flash memory, 2GB of RAM, microSD support and built-in Wi-Fi.But what will the UK version look like is still not sure. It is just like Amazon Kindle Fire and it is actually the good news for British people.


The Acer Iconia Tab A110 will arrive in the UK during September sporting a rather attractive price tag and ready to go head to head with the Google Nexus 7.Acer firstly unveiled the Iconia Tab A110 in June, at Computex in Taipei, and it will feature a quad-core processor, 1GB of RAM, 7-inch (1024x600) display, Ice Cream Sandwich, 8GB internal storage and front-facing camera – all for just £179.


Archos 101 XS tablet will get its official unveiling three weeks later according to the hints of Archos.Considering of the company's budget, the 101 XS will go for $400 when it drops in November including a keyboard dock that also acts as a cover to protect the 1,280 x 800 display. The Coverboard sports a full QWERTY layout along with home, back and recently open buttons for navigating the Android OS which will be upgradeable to Jelly Bean in October. Other key specs include 16GB of internal storage, a 1.3-megapixel, 720p webcam and a 1.3-pound, 0.31-inch-thick design.To complement its new slab, Archos has also announced several new docks and covers including the Boombox speaker dock,the Cradle dock and a selection of pouches and sleeves.
