Google: There are now more than 700,000 Android Applications

There is a good news from Google: The mobile devices running Android operation system can now dowload over 700,000 applications. While just one week before, Apple said there were more than 70,000 applications in App Store.

However, even though the amount of Android applications has reached Apple, but there is still some gap between the quality: the increase of baleful applications in Google Play. According to some statistics, it is 580% more baleful applications in 2012 compared with last year the same time. What's more, many Android applications are transplanted from IOS. And there are too small amount of applications specially designed for Android tablets. We think there is still a long way when Android can finally beyond IOS.
